Keller Williams at the Parks provides property management services helping owners lease their property to qualified tenants. We have been assisting property owners and renters in the Central Florida area for over 15 years. We are proud to service the entire metro Orlando area including Orange and Seminole Counties. Our expertise lies in residential single-family homes, townhouses, & condos.

We assist the owners in obtaining top dollar with the least amount of inconvenience in the quickest time possible by utilizing the Internet (over 20 different web sites!), MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and rental yard and window signs among other things. When you place your property with us we handle all tenant showings, then we review prospective tenants by obtaining credit reports, doing basic background checks (checking state sexual offender lists, and state felon lists), verifying past rent payment performance with the previous landlord and verifying employment.   Once we feel we have a good prospective tenant then the owners are notified of our findings. Then you the owner make the final determination as to rent or not rent and the terms and conditions for each applicant.
